*For groups of 10 or more, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged starting 9 days prior.
*On special dates such as holidays, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged starting one week before.
*No-shows will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.

Pool & Sauna

During your stay, relax and enjoy the infinity pool and jacuzzi that appear to be connected to the expanse of Lake Biwa, and tone up with a sauna and cold-water bath (swimwear must be worn).

Boat Short Course

Embark from the nearby pier and immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery while cruising on Lake Biwa. From the Biwako Ohashi Bridge to the northern part of the lake, enjoy an extraordinary time you won’t soon forget.

WAKE surfing

Wake surfing: an exciting new marine sport where you ride on generated waves in a specialized boat. Beginners are welcome to join!

Time: 10:00 - 16:00

Duration: Approx. 1 hour

Time required to get to embarkation point: Approx. 15 minutes per person (actual towing time) 

Fee: ¥7,000 (tax included) per person / includes facility usage fee and wetsuit rental fee

Requirements: Reservations at least 2 days in advance / Please bring swimwear, towel, sandals etc. suitable for water activities 

If renting wetsuit: Additional ¥540 (tax included) per person
