Facilities
Yes, parking is available on the Yanmar Sunset Marina premises for Marina and Yacht Club members as well as hotel guests.
The facilities are primarily for members, and are also available to hotel guests during their stay.
We do not. Please bring your own swimwear.
For Marina members: The rental fee for one set of towels per person is included.
For Yacht Club members: One set of towels per person is provided.
For hotel guests: Towel rental available on presentation of room key at the 3rd-floor Bar & Lounge.
About the Hotel
Please inform us at least 8 days before your check-in date.
For cancellations after this time, the following cancellation fees will apply.
7 days prior: 10% of accommodation fee
3 days prior: 30% of accommodation fee
Day before: 80% of accommodation fee
Same day or no-show: 100% of accommodation fee

Access
By car
Parking: You can use the Yanmar Marina parking lot free of charge.
From Osaka and Kyoto
Take the Meishin Expressway to Kyoto-higashi Interchange and then Kosei Road to Mano Interchange (approx. 30 min.)
After crossing the Biwako Ohashi Bridge, make a right turn at Biwako Ohashi Higashizume Intersection. (approx. 10 min.)
Drive east from Mano Interchange, cross Rainbow Road in the Koto (east side of the lake) direction, and make a right turn at the Biwako Ohashi Higashizume Intersection. You will soon find the entrance on your right. The total distance is about 5 km, taking around 9 minutes, and there is a toll for crossing the Biwako Ohashi Bridge.
From Nagoya
Take the Meishin Expressway to Ritto Interchange and follow Prefectural Route 477 (Rainbow Road) to the Biwako Ohashi Higashizume Intersection. Turn left. (approx. 20 min.)
Continue north on Rainbow Road, then turn left at the Biwako Ohashi Higashizume Intersection. You will soon find the entrance on your right. The total distance from Moriyama Station is about 10 km, taking around 19 minutes.
From the south (via Shiga Prefectural Route 559, Omi-Hachiman to Otsu Route)
From Seta-nishi Interchange on the Meishin Expressway, take Shiga Prefectural Route 559 north along the lakeside, go through Kogan Mizuho-cho Intersection, and you will see the entrance just before Biwako Ohashi Higashizume Intersection. The total distance is about 20 km, taking around 20 minutes.
By Train
・From Kyoto Station via the JR Kosei Line: Get off at Katata Station. (approx. 24 min.) Take the local bus bound for Moriyama Station (or Sagawa Museum of Art) and get off at Biwako Ohashi Higashizume stop, then walk for 2 minutes.
・From Kyoto via the JR Biwako Line: Get off at Moriyama Station. (approx. 25 min.) Take the local bus bound for Ogoto Station (or Misaki-koen) and get off at Biwako Ohashi Higashizume stop, then walk for 2 minutes.
Visitor Berth Information
When accessing the hotel and restaurant from the lake, please contact the Marina reception desk (077-585-1212) in advance. This service is only available on business days. Requests for usage may be declined if there is no prior inquiry or an event is underway. Thank you for your understanding.
Unauthorized Entry Prohibited
This facility is for contractees and marine sports club members only. Unauthorized entry for the purpose of fishing, etc., is prohibited.
We will report violators to the local police station upon discovery.
